What rad would you get for ap-12's or ap-13's?

i'm not building a loop till some time this summer, after i upgrade a few things
it'll only end up being a cpu+gpu loop maybe if the motherboard i get has a full coverage block cpu+gpu+motherboard

the cpu will either be a bulldozer or a 2500k and either a gtx570 or a hd6970

i kind of figure, i might have to get a specific case for the rad if i should get a 120.4, or 140.3+120 to 140 adapters

SR-1 Series
XSPC RX Series

Anything with low fpi count (fins per inch) are optimized for lower speed fans and would do very well with AP-13s, although I would personally recommend getting the 15s and then undervolting them just so you have the ability to turn them up if you want.

XSPC RS or RX series. RX if you can fit it, RS if you can not.

honestly, i'm probably going to end up making a case just so i can put two 480 rads on the bottom so i can make a low/no noise rig

edit, i don't really want to under volt since sometimes you get weird harmonics or motor whine when you do

what are some decent fans under 25dba?
