Up/down is available as default but you can select the axis for torso or turning with your legs

I hate when games don't have cumulative patches. Just installed the Crysis Warhead mech mod. Install 1 patch, launcher glitch, close out launcher, open launcher for next patch.. Rinse wash and repeat 8 or so times. Mech 2 was up there with Master of Orion crack when I started PC gaming. I played Mech 4 but not as obsessively. I have the client d/led and will patch it up later. Have some stuff going on.

The install comes up as a virus on a few of the more annoying anti-virus programs. It's not. You will need to exempt the whole folder from your scan to avoid such problems.
Patching shouldn't be hard, the full MTX tool does it automatically, if you use the extract tool, then it is more annoying, but that tool can get you around the odd problem with the main updater/installer.

The map packs are needed for online play, and nothing else.

If it's not working, then check your AV hasn't gone and messed with it, then try to reinstall, you may need to go delete any .mtx files on your system to ensure any corrupted downloads are gone.

ANybody got any cool setups?
Killer setups:
Archer with BAP/ECM, a pair of artemis equipped ArrowIV Thunderbolt launchers, add secondary weaponry to taste.
Annihilator with no electronics, 6 Rotary AutoCannon 2 with extra ammo, a real 900m range chainsaw that can reach out and chew them up.
Cauldron Born with BAP and 4 ATM12e launchers
Vulture with 5 clan LRM20 launchers
Wolfhound filled with small lasers, lots of speed, full armour and as many heatsinks as you can fit on, a real lightweight assault killer.
Uller with a clan LBX20 anyone? It's a hyperactive 12 year old with a shotgun
Longbow with BAP and 4 artemis LRM20s
Wildcat with jets, ECM and a pair of clan gauss rifles, add either a pair of ERPPCs or ER large lasers to suit, and poptart your way to victory!

Never forget rapid fire light damage weapons
