1920x1200 is close enough to 1080P. You'll be fine at 4xaa, and if it isn't GTA4

As stated you should be just fine, checkout this review.

What games do you play?

With the official high res texture pack I hit 1080-1100mb vram usage in Dragon Age II with my 570.

Partially in preparation for heavily modding Skyrim, I split my SLI 460's in favor of a 570. Most games currently don't crack the 1GB mark.

EDIT: It also depends on what games you play, and how long you want to keep the cards for. If 4xAA is enough for you and you don't play games where you want to mod textures to crazy proportions 460's are fine. I personally was worried about maxxing games out on 1gb because of the increase in vram usage I have seen in some of the games I play over the last year.

Can't somebody figure out how to utilize the vram off both cards in SLI >_<</div>

You can, but it will be very stuttery.

It whould have to swap framebuffers constantly, putting stress on teh HDD and ram

I like playing counter strike source most of the time but I will also play crysis, metro 2033, bfbc2, etc. maxed out. I also want to get BF3 when it comes out.

I had no problem slaying everything I played at max with SLI 460 when I had my old 1920x1200..I suppose you could get into trouble trying to play BF3 at max so..maybe you don't want to strap yourself in to this one because..there is no where to go from SLI 460 aside from sell 'em and move on.

You'll be fine as long as you don't tack on AA by the bucket load. If your worried, go for the 460 2Gb cards and go SLI.

According to your sig you already have SLI 460's right? So you arent asking about whether to get a second one, but rather if your current SLI setup will be limited?

Two options then... Sell em now because their value is only dropping, but you would be lucky to get enough back to get a single 570. Or you could just keep em and find out if they have enough performance in them to keep ya happy. Could always make it through to the holidays with them and then upgrade for the next batch of excellent games if you felt the 460's weren't enough for you.

Ultimately thats all that matters. Do the 460's work for you for what you use them for smile.gif. If you are going to sell them, no better time than now I suppose while the 560 is still at MSRP (when the 560 price drops so will the value of your 460s).
