CM Elite 310 case mod ideas

I'm planning on doing a bit of case modding on my Cooler Master Elite 310. I'm going to cut places for 2 120MM case fans one at the bottom one at the top and cutting the HDD cage so it can support 12" graphics cards. In total this will cost me around $50 CAD

I plan to buy these things
- 3 Cooler Master R4 120MM Case fans (Red LEDs).
- 2 Masscool Fan grills for the new slots I'm going to cut.
-Some of some pads that you put under chairs to lift up the case.

1 case fan goes to the Side panel (intake)
1 goes to the new slot i'm going to make at the bottom of the case (intake)
1 goes to the new slot at the top of the case that i'm going to make (exhaust)

I have the tools that it will need like Dremel, Drills, Grinder etc.

These are some pics of my case: biggrin.gifcool.gif

Any advice on anything else? thanks =D

I don't think I will paint the interior black because with that money and time, I might aswell buy a HAF 912 and I already have a case lighting kit installed in it and i can't take it off. I'll be starting this project in 2 weeks or more because of getting the parts and planning every step out. Sorry if I keep you waiting smile.gif

Well I've decided if I continue with this plan I'm going to paint the interior black, or buy the Thermaltake Dokker. Either way works

some flat black spray paint is very cheap. far outweighs the case price.

I'm going to use VHT High Temperature Flameproof Header Paint because it withstand high temperatures and it doesn't even require a primer. Here's the link:
