Are you running a SLI of those? I do see two cards in your screen, probably the second card is getting its air intake being choken down... but as you said 95C is a bit off the charts.
I've seen a couple pics of the galaxy card, looks like the card cover slows a bit down the airflow, especially if there is another hot card just facing that intake.
After checking the thermal paste on the cores (on my msi card was a bit overdone but not too much), make sure your card's intakes are as far as possible free from any obstruction, removing the hs cover might help a bit...

On another side, having a fan blowing on the cards (on the case side panel) will help too, dropped temps on my 460 by 5-7°C.
