Good Idea! I vote for the 2nd pic, using the first as a logo to put in a couple cool places

Someone is selling theirs for $200. Only reason I remember the case is since I saw that thread the other day.

Thanks, you prefer #2 over #3 and #4? I like that pic too which is why I put it in there, but I think I might have problems with the profile of it. (not landscape)

Closest thing I have seen to something like that is the CM case :

Great artwork and case, but different to what I have envisioned so I'll go ahead with it.

Definitely over #3, I don't think that picture represents the movie all that well. #4 is good too now that I take a second look at it; it might even be the best choice. I just like 2 because the colors fit the movie well, and it does a great job showing her in both an attractive and tasteful way.

So I couldn't find any decent oracle pictures on the net which is kinda surprising the amount of pubescent teens (and husbands/boyfriends pretending not to watch) that would have had boners all across the world the night it was released. Anyway I found this one, it looks like a winner.

TBH I was looking for a reason to do a half naked girl on the side of my case, but I think the cliff scene is more iconic and will look better. Wait what...

I saw the title of this thread and laughed. I knew exactly what it was and had to post so I could find my way back here to check it out. And if you are looking for a good cheap air compressor, Harbor Freight has a ton of them cheaper than anyone else I have seen, and they have a lot air tools for really cheap too. Just be sure to do some review checking and I'm sure you can find you that suits you.

Good luck!

Thanks guys.
Will have to wait until after easter to get my compressor and airbrush kit. So I will do some other work in the meantime. I sanded the left side panel back last night and applied a coat of primer. There were some large scratches on the case still after using the primer. I probably should have used a filler and primer, but that didn't occur to me when I was at the shop.

This morning I used some 240 grit dry paper and tackcloth sanded the primer back a little as the scratch was still showing and applied another coat of primer.
Hopefully this should get rid of any scratches and dints.
There was 1 dint from where I accidently put a clamp down while using the jigsaw, but I forgot to put some scrap wood between the case and clamp. It looks like a small pinhole sized dint. I bashed it with a hammer as much as I could without damaging the case.

After sanding back the primer

Coat hangers have many uses:

Stock:, Hole in the table is for jigsawing, or drilling, or hammering. It has tons of uses.

After applying the second coat, no more scratches:

Smooth edges:
