No, the game PC and PS3 version will still be tied to only 1 Steam account. The game will require Steam or a log in to Steam to run, so even if you play online or off, you can only be playing on 1 at a time, just like any other Steam game. If you would sell either copy to someone else, they would need your Steam login to play the game. PS3 can play split-screen, so that is the only way you could have 2 people playing with 1 copy. You cannot have one person playing on your PS3 and PC online at the same time with 1 copy of the game.
That is how it should work anyways. Not sure if you could play on PS3 without loging into Steam first though.Edited by jbobb - 4/14/11 at 6:49am
