Do you have your motherboard's speaker plugged to hear the beeps? If so, how many beeps does it do? Or none?

Take the GPU's out and see if it does any beep.

We have a problem then...

It would be a lot easier and faster to identify the problem if we had a motherboard speaker connected

Can't you get one?

I'd try to re-plug all the cables and re-install the RAM and CPU again.

Or wait, if you haven't touched the RAM, I'd just try re-seating the CPU.

If it still doesn't work, you may have a bad PSU or just something is not plugged correctly...

We really need a speaker!

Refit all your components. Make your head cool down and do it slowly and very properly.

Fit each and everything again. RAM, Proccy, etc.

Take EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA care in the processor fan. Most people dont fit that properly and face problems. The fan may spin properly but if it isnt properly fitted to mobo all kinds of error pop up.

Reseat the CPU too

Doesthe CPU use an 8pin or 4pin to power it? I know that my mobo only has a 4pin and my psu has a 4plus4 pin. I hooked up the wrong one andgot the same issue you were having. Just a thought.

No

Just do what thetechfreak said, try to re-seat every single component.

Just make sure to calm down and take your time, don't rush things.

I'd start by reseating the CPU and the RAM, and see if that helps.

This could be the issue as well, try plugging the 4-pin cable from both parts, it's meant to be a 4+4 pin cable, try both sides of the cable see if any works.

i took lots of care, its a lot of money, so im not chucking it around.

i had my stepdad help me fit the cooler, it should be fine, the fans spin and i can hear the water be pushed around when the fans are quiet at startup, i've also checked and the heatsink of the h70 is touching the cpu.

i don't have any more thermal paste, so if i took the cooler off, and took the cpu out then put it back in like quad checking it fits, can i then just put the cooler back on?

Re-using the thermal paste is not a really good idea, but as long as it is not dry or anything, it should work for now, but I'd suggest buying more thermal paste inmediately!
