In my experience 3.6Ghz is about the max for these chips. I decided I would try for 3.75 but it took tons of voltage. I have an expensive but crappy Nvidia NB so my OC's may not be as good as others, but to get to 3.6 on this chip I would suspect your cpu voltage would have to be 1.5-1.53. What Redwoodz said is about right. I would leave the LLC alone, most likely even at 2% the thing will act funky when booting, meaning the lights will come on but no system beep until you hit the reset button or power cycle it.
However, LLC would be really handy if you notice one core time and time again failing first in prime, you could increase voltage to that one core to see if that will bring over all stability, but adjust all cores evenly with llc is pretty useless, because you can just change CPU voltage to do the same even spread adjustments.
My system benefits from keeping NB multiplier +1 from the closest one to 2000. I dont know why but just something to try.
