Turns out the link was wrong!

I found a great review on the PCS++:http://www.computerbase.de/artikel/g...n-hd-6950-pcs/

Use a translator or me if you don´t understand something!

It turns out Power Color does include flashing to the 6970 BIOS in their warranty.
In the review you can see some benchmarks of the fully flashed PCS++ using Power Color´s own 6970 BIOS with Shader unit unlock etc but the Memory is left alone because of the unequal timings.

After the benches you can see some power consumption and heat development testing.
And in the ned overclocking:They state that due to the full flash the 6970 BIOS inhibits the PCS++ from exceeding a core clock of 941 MHZ the Memory clock on the other hand goes p to 2.900 + Mhz which is great
