Im looking at this PSU

Will it be able to run an i52500k build with possibly a 570gtx or 2 sli?

Also I see nothing about it saying 80 plus certified, is that bad?

The TP-650 is 80 Plus Bronze certified, so no worries there.
As for it powering a pair of GTX570s, yes.

u know how ppl find how much wattage is required for which component???
...that is by finding the tdp of that product then increasing it a little so as to include oc potential and then finding the psu's actual power output by using its efficiency rating
...apart from these we see what quality components have been used like capacitors(japanese chinese etc..) and lastly but not leastly its the brand too that matters....
for eg...u wont get too many crappy psu's from brands like corsair.....

now finally to answer ur question now---ya ur psu would be sufficient to handle the 2 gtx 570's......

You already understand that's impossible to predict reliably, but I can at least guarantee that it will power any single video card, current or future. SLI is tough to predict but it should also be fine for most SLI setups.
