$20 cheaper IN Canada. $89.99 at Memory Express. Plus free shipping if you order $10 worth of other stuff.

Sale deals from the last week are valid for 6 more days after that sale ends by the way as long as it's in your shopping cart
I went to checkout with that rig and it went from like $1200 to around $1400

advantage of getting amd gpu with your mobo is that u can run crossfire,u can run sli (with sli hack) but its not recommended
msi hd6950 2gb $244
his hd6950 2gb $234
Also get a better psu,
corsair tx750 v2
or
antec true power new tp-750

note: If u cant afford a high end cpu cooler like noctura nh d14 then atleast get a cooler master hyper212+ ($24)
rest of your system lo
Hope u like this
I'll only be overclocking a bit so I don't think I need a 212+ atm. But when I get a second 6950 2gb ill get a 212+ with it

I'd go for the 955 instead of the 965 - it overclocks quite well. I ran mine at 3.6GHz with the stock heatsink when I first got it. That would save you a bit of money.

edit: Also, what does "pro-est" mean?

Good. Only thing I'd really change is the Power Supply, which is only average at best being a ModXStream. Get an Antec TruePower New 650W instead. It's much more reliable and can output more power than the ModXStream, since that's not really a 700W PSU. $100 CAD when you buy it but $70 after MIR. Another thing you'll probably want to change is the CPU and get a Phenom II X4 955 instead. You'll be saving $16 CAD and getting the exact same performance if you simply bump the CPU multiplier by 1x.

DON'T buy a Seagate HDD, you will ultimately regret it.
