here are my bios configuration can anyone tell me if i did it correctly? i changed the host clock frequency to 140MHz with the default multiplier of 23 of the intel i3 540 to get a speed of 3.23GHz. the memory multiplier was set to 10 and i bumped up the voltage to 1.6000v

which voltage did you bump to 1.6v? if it is the CPU that is way too high.

i set the ram to 1.6v i didn't mess with the cpu voltage since i just tapped the speed up a little bit
