final fantasy 7 issue

i tried to find a custom resoultion for my 1920x1080 on ff7 and how to make it into hd. i heard there are some ppls have done it..i just want to enjoy it. i havent played ff7 long time so i would like to play it on good picture

Hah, if you get this working, tell me how you did it. I got Total Annihilation running 1080p last year and nearly had a heart attack from sheer awesomeness. The old CRT's got nothing on today's gaming.

Emulator related discussion ain't allowed here.

It is not possible with a regular PSX console as they only output an analog signal.

I've seen analog go up to 1680x1050, but I don't believe it goes any higher. Any higher and it will be upscaling.

I believe FF7 was released for the PC as well. It's been quite a while since I've played it, and this is my only break between sets (I'm DJing right now), so I can't really do any searching for details. Anyway, let me know for sure if you find a way to have HD output with it because I'm thoroughly interested and would consider repurchasing it if there was a way.

of course they have final fantasy 7 pc game.... and http://www.gzanime.net/index.php?gz=dl&name=ff7 here's the link for ff7 mod patch.for high res and patch 1.02. my friend sent me file to dl for ff7. i read notes it can go up to 1600x1200..lol..
