I'm going to make an assumption and assume you are talking about the AMD E-350 Bobcat Processing Unit.

If so, scheduled for release in 2011 is the E-450.

The E-450 has the following specs:

Stream Core Count: 80
Clock-Speed: 1.65Ghz
GPU Clock-Speed: 508/600Mhz
Radeon Brand: HD 6320
Cache: 1MB
Memory: DDR3 1333Mhz
Process Technology: 40nm
TDP: 18W

At least I hope I got that right.
As for a time frame on it, I don't really see anything other than 2011 on it.

will that be pwnzors? I dont know if they want to have an economical processor like the atom, or what? I wouldnt mind having a little less battery life to have a better processor in the netbook....

I'm not sure you understand the limits of the form factor to heat dissipation. They could stick an i7 2630 in there and you'd never have the fan stop spinning let alone be able to use it for longer than maybe 2hrs.

Have you even tried out all of the processors in this category yourself? What are you trying to do?

I havent tried them all, and no I dont need a i7 2630 running on a netbook, although it would be nice to have a dual core with a good speed(like an i3 for example), I was just wondering if they would put a processor a bit more powerful in a netbook, even if that meant less battery time bu not like one in a notebook.

The E-350 is the strongest you're going to find in a "netbook". But if you check out newegg's laptop section and look at their 11.6 inch models you'll find some i3 330UM (1.2 or something GHz) offerings. And if you had money to throw down there might still be the i7-620M model. But that's about as close as you're going to get.
