Cool nonetheless.
The fighting system in TW2 is completely different. In a good way of course.

Anyway this difficulty level is way beyond hardcore.

Err.. I don't know where you've been, but DLCs have been common since the birth of the 360. I don't mind spending the extra money on content that's not originally supposed to be in the game, especially when it's a few months after the release. Take Forza Motorsport for example.. Turn 10 releases new cars consistently throughout the life-span of their games. DLCs are a way of being able to continue development and expansion on the game after its release.

The price is the one thing I don't agree with. $5-$10 should be the max per DLC pack.

even on normal, every enemy in the game has the capability of killing you. No such thing as a trash mob, each and everyone will punish you for making mistakes.

Combat is gothic/risen style. you have a block and a light and heavy attack. but you can mix in signs and other things, and also unlock other attacks.

position, timing, dodging are critical to winning fights. Any attempts at going dynasty warriors and just slashing away will result in your immediate death.

RPS has impressions piece on the game, and damn are they excited.

30-60hrs of gameplay, then DLC? What is everyone whining about? The DLC is just extra, not stuff that should be included in the game in the first place. They could just drop support of the game and not even give an option for it.

The worst lines in gaming history.
If you have any experience with this company, their DLC will be completely free. They remade the entire first game, redid all the acting and sounds. Tons of new content, etc. Then gave the patch out for free for people who bought the original game. DLC is great with this company.

This company is very good and cares about it's fanbase. The Witcher 2 will definitely get my money on the first day.

This is game of the year for me.
