I think Mafia II stresses my GPU more than 3DMark. I guess I don't know for sure, but Mafia II give me higher temps.

Just curious if you heard a pop or smelled anything?

I had the same thing happen to me. Updated driver and ran benchmark = reset pc and dead card.

No smell or pop though, and the dead card fan still spins up.
