I have two HTPCs, one already has a good low power chip claimed in its name, but the other still needs an upgrade... both are using very outdated and power inefficient hardware
Take a dremel and cut off the pins on the back then use a grinding attachment to grind the back smooth. Next I use a high grit sand paper to make it smoother. After that I apply a sealer or hard coat (maybe an acrylic finish). Then I drill a hole through it very slowly and carefully and put it onto a key chain.
