Cant get a stabled 3.9ghz(Athlon x2 255)

I'm currently stuck @ 3.8....

Am I even doing this rite? lol and am I still able to tweak things for better performance D: ?

BIOS settings are:

CPU Freq [278]
CPU Freq Mult [x14 3892]
CPU Volt [1.55v]
NB Freq Mult[x8 2224Mhz]
NB Volt[1.2625v]
HTBus Speed[x8 2224Mhz]
HT Bus Width[Auto]

MemClock[741Mhz DDR3 1482]
DRAMvolt[1.673v]

HT Volt[1.2]
mGPUvolt[1.146]
SBvolt[1.10]
CPU VDDA volt[2.56]
PCIe VDDA volt[1.81v]

Nice overclock. Can you increase the voltage further on your NB? If that doesn't work, try setting your HT bus width to the lowest setting.

Set you ram timing to 9-9-9-24.

Max safe voltage for 24/7 is 1.55v, yours is over that. Increase the NB clock as high as you can, it's going to make your memory bandwidth skyrocket.

Drop HT little under 2000, as it's closer to 2000 than 2200 is.

Well I'm trying to OC my RAM timings lower so I need to stay lower.

With pushing the bus clock up more, RAM speed goes up
It may be necessary to up the values to 9-9-9-24 or just some values i.e. 8-9-8-24

Ive set my RAM timings to 7-8-7-23 2T. Would it be safe playing these timings with an OC of 3.902 @ 1.57v?

My "NB Freq Mult[x8 2224Mhz]" and "HT Bus speed[x8 2224Mhz]" is tied together, meaning whatever NB freq max multi is, same goes with HT bus speed. Should I up the NB Freq to x10????Mhz and lower the HT Bus speed to ~2000Mhz ?

yes drop your ht bus to x7 first.
if all is stable, up your nb bus to x9 and see if its still stable. you may need a bump in volts(doubtful). if you can get it stable at x9, go for x10.(voltage bumb at cpu-nb possible)
