GTX550 Ti SLI Problems

Thread Starter
When attempting SLI with these cards, the option for SLI configuration doesn't exist in the Nvidia control panel. I have the Following setup in my system:

GPU One: Nvidia Brand GTX550Ti

GPU Two: Asus Brand GTX550Ti

I have MSI Afterburner in place to Equalize my Clock speeds for SLI
-------------------------------------------
I have the SLI bridge firmly in place and I've reinstalled my drivers and software and still no luck. any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated

I will be at work for the next 8~9 Hours so I will check back then

Your board natively supports Crossfire but not SLI, this is correctable.

550 is really new, right? Maybe the AB don't have support for them yet ? That'd be kinda weird but I s'pose it's possible.

Might also try nVInspector for the OC. Other than that ... did the Asus come with an OC'ing application? I think it works on any brand card, not sure cause I never used it ...

Yeah the Asus card i got did come with an OC utility "Asus Smartdoctor" but you dont want to know what happens to my system when i try to use it...
So I've been using MSI Afterburner but it acts weird when im in SLI Mode. I found a way to get my Cards to OC while in SLI Mode but it laggs my computer up horribly even if i have the program open while in SLI Mode
I don't even have to OC with the utility for it to lag in SLI mode.
