Crysis 2 vs. BFBC2 Graphics-wise...

Thread Starter
I've just started playing BFBC2 again, after a long hiatus... and I realized I enjoy it much more than Crysis 2's MP.

Then I realized I thought it even looked better than Crysis 2. Maybe it's the art direction or something... but when playing Crysis 2, everything felt blurry as if my character needed glasses... and there were also a lot of low-res textures (for example, the marine / CELL soldier to the left of the scoreboard at the end of every MP match just looks awful). BFBC2 is much more visually clean it seems, and doesn't overdo bloom or blur like C2.

Am I the only one? Should I get my eyes checked?

The first part: Same, and I agree.

The second part: I play in DX9 mode (looks like ****.. ) to eliminate mouse lag from smoothing/acceleration. And BFBC2 overdoes the horrific HDR, particularly in scopes on cold maps.
