Best fan for Xig HDT s1283

Self explanatory.
I have the stock bundled fan installed now in my push pull setup. I also installed it vertically so that the air is exhausting out the top of the case.

Also, should i have the fan pulling or pushing air through the heatsink? Because right now it's beneath the fins blowing air up and out the top of the case.

I always liked pushing air through the fins. In this situation, it would be up and out of the case. It works even better since hot air moves up. And a couple fans I would recommend are Gentle Typhon AP-15 if you want it silent or San Ace H1011 with a fan controller for the capability of raw power without the noise constraints. I sound like a broken record because that's all I ever recommend, but it's what I've seen everyone else uses.

I like this silent one. I'm looking at the ultra kaze as well and woah 3000 rpms?! So, what's a good fan controller? I think that I would like to set up a control system for 3 of my case fans, as well as have control over whatever new cpu fans rpms that i purchase.

will the gentle typhoon put out enough air to serve as a viable replacement for my current fan?

Maybe I should have used a different word. It's not necessarily silent, as in no sound at all. It just has a different pitch which is more tolerable to most. It is more quieter than the higher RPM fans. A good fan controller would be basically anything Lamptron. I got myself the FC3. Gaudy front, but I'm taking that off modding it into a bay cover. If I were to choose one without mods, it would be the Lamptron FC5 V2.

I think I'm going to get a noctua. My question now, is will there be any issues with having a high power cpu fan and regular case fans? For example a higher airflow pushing into a fan with lower airflow, will it be significantly inefficient?
