Also, solid info by Kung Pow, he got it right on the money. I knew there was 2 types and I thought the Bios flash was kind of useless given the problems since the shader unlock is basically the same performance, give or take a few points... Thanks for the details.
It is non reference, but why does it matter?

It still unlocks. So obviously your little norm just died.

6950 aint all that. 6970 much much better since its cherry picked and can handle the big voltages needed to hit 1GHz clocks on air cooling. 6950 cant even sustain 890 w/o crashing in crysis. yea, it can handle 900+ in Unigine Heaven, but thats really it.

Are you going to commit to that statment?

As far as your Core clock disregard goes:http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/P...s_Plus/27.html

The card hit 975 Core clock without even touching any voltages and this card isn´t even opitmized for overclocking?

And the Twin Frozr III which was structurally specified to engage the most efficient OC in addition to a specially designed Voltage Controller to ensure better and more precise Voltage controlling hits 1 GHZ without bumping any Voltages.
Every single TFIII is bound to hit 1 GHZ and above!

And as far as your Voltage statment goes..lol Twin Frozr III´s Voltage Controller is far more sophisticated than anything out else out there at AMD
Be sure to gather your facts before posting such nonsense.

Stefy is very easy to get along with and I can fully understand him going a little bad if someone posts nonsense like this.

He is a cool guy
As a matter of fact + rep for that Stefy

My answer was very civilized. I see nothing wrong with it.
