keep getting BSODs - Page 2

Hi,
Seems to be a hardware issue, mainly your processor
Code:
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x124_AuthenticAMD_PROCESSOR_BUS_PRV
Code:
Event[2146]:
  Log Name: System
  Source: Microsoft-Windows-WHEA-Logger
  Date: 2011-04-15T21:48:01.113
  Event ID: 20
  Task: N/A

  Opcode: Info
  Keyword: N/A
  User: S-1-5-19

  Computer: Pee-Cee
  Description:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Component: AMD Northbridge
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: HyperTransport Watchdog Timeout Error
Processor ID: 0

I'd advise running Prime95 to make sure its stable, big and small tests for a few hours - Prime95 64bit

Also alot of punkbuster errors
Code:
Event[2140]:
  Log Name: System

  User Name: N/A
  Computer: Pee-Cee
  Description:
The PnkBstrB service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).
I couldn't read all your dump (did you let it run fully?) but is your punkbuster up to date?

If PB is up to date and your CPU passes the tests Id try running Memtest, seatools and driver verifier.
Memtest86 -allow 7-8 passes - Memtest86

This is a known issue. The most recent update to PB causes some kind of interfernce between PB, BC2, and GPU monitoring tools (GPU-Z, afterburner, trixx, etc).

The temporary workaround for those affected by the problem is to avoid using said programs in-game.

Overclock with Afterburner. Just not while playing BC2.

And the answer to that question is beyond my scope of knowledge.
Releasing another PB update would require them to update all the PB games currently available. It's too much effort on EA/PB's side to make a new revision of PB just for ONE game. Plus BF3 is coming soon so I highly doubt they'll even pay much more attention to BC2.

The issue has been around for about two months now. I don't think there will ever be a fix.
