Enable Touch Features for Planar PT1700MU Touchscreen

Hello,

Does anyone know how to get my touchscreen display to enable the tablet pc/touch features of Windows 7 Enterprise? I remember the touch screen features used to work when I installed this monitor on another computer running Windows 7 Ultimate. I think I installed a driver, but I forgot what driver it was.

This is the monitor I am using:

Also, if possible, how do I FORCE the computer into thinking that there IS a touch display, if the Planar driver doesn't enable it?
