Neither of you seem to realize how DRM like SecuROM is hurting us. It's only taking away the rights of the honest customer while doing nothing to even slow down piracy.
I have a rule. You two would be well advised to adopt it yourselves. Simply, it states that "If it runs on my machine, it is treated as I see fit, the EULA can go suck on a big one".
Oh, and Steam doesn't limit your installs whatsoever. You can install your steam games on as many machines as you damn well please.
