Well a good rule of thumb is "Resolution, not size"

Both of those monitors should roughly equal in performance. You will be able to see the exact same amount of stuff in windows and games. It will look roughly the same on both, depending on view distance.

The only real difference there is size.


For example, a 28" 1920x1080 would be worse than a 27" 2560x1440.
