I can do that.
I'd recommend an SSD (beside the internal HDD for storage) if you have the remaining funds.

Aaaaaaa......... I think my local resellers charges way too high for an SDD and indeed it is costlier than HDD..... but 2 TB HDD will do for me, besides reviews say that SDD dramatically decreases boot time but has more or less the same performance as an HDD in terms of gaming, and also I have heard that it just dies after its lifespan... so lets keep the SDD waiting, can you rate the specs on grounds intense gaming.......

Also I want to ask another Q' that is ASUS p8p67 Deluxe a good Processor overclocker ( can it overclock the processor well ) ?

I'm not aware of prices in your country at all, I just throw out the possibilities.
It all depends what is good for the money and how much you have left, really.
I mean, if you could afford two GTX 570's instead of two GTX 560's, then surely I would recommend the GTX 570's.

Again, a review gives a much better overview and details about your specific component.

Thanks Bro for all your help and advice...... I will go for 2 GTX 560 ti in SLI as because half of my $2000 budget will be spent in buying GPUs. So I have selected my final componets, thanks again dude....

Sounds good ! The prices sure are high in your country ..

Anyway, I'd also suggest the Samsung F3 1TB HDD. It's a tad noisy, but it's worth it.

I suggest u to take hd6950 2gb over gtx560ti cuz hd6950 2gb when unlocked to hd6970 performs much better than gtx560ti,
