PokerStars cashouts are working now:

Check out this thread for FTP answers, looks like cashouts are working there as well, but they're a little slow.

Your post is utter nonsense. So are you saying that you support copyright infringment and treason right? I can like Youtube, and not agree with people putting up copyrighted things(although sometimes things are taken to far).
I can agree with the concept of wikileaks, but not agree with what they actually have done.

Also, I do not see how this relates to online poker sites having bank fraud, and being busted for it. I see absolutely no point in your post.
It's all related and inter-related. There is no such thing as treason. There's only the allegations of it as a means to produce guilt. If you're a governing body and you are human you will have loyalty aspects and disloyalty aspects. If someone is always loyal to one group they are implicitly disloyal to another group. This creates a justice-injustice axis. As loyalty between and among one group of people goes to infinity justice goes to zero and all interactions between the people or the groups goes to domination.
This is why government attempts to create an abstraction with which to be loyal to. That abstraction is rule of law or a constitution or a set of ideals. But it never works. There's always going to be a group of people who jump into the system with complete and total loyalty towards each other under any circumstances. They'll then tend to try to create an illusion of impartiality and slowly over time shift the dominance towards themselves.

What's the marine motto? Always loyal? Always loyal to what? To justice? To freedom? Armed forces have more lawyers than you can possibly IMAGINE. Not a gaggle of lawyers not a whole oh my frikkin gawd that's a lot of lawyers but a literal army of lawyers.

The banks pay the law enforcement. The banks do all international settlements in real currency gold. But they force everybody to use a fiat or quite literally a force of law currency. You are legally bound to use a currency to settle all debts public and private. Money is simply a permission to be served. I can give you 20 billion dollars and I've gave you nothing. Those 20 billion dollars are indebting tickets. They give you permission to indebt and ask for service from other people. The give you directors chair of creative control. You have something everyone wants and everyone needs to survive. So you get to influence their creative drives.

The people with the most money want one thing. Weapons, armies that are always loyal and courts to arbitrarily make people right and wrong. Don't worry it's fair. The people who want to make you wrong will give you a public defendant to assist you in coming to the conclusion that you are wrong. Unless you have a bunch of those indebting tickets. Then you can hire your own attorneys who will attempt to logically assert your "right"eousness and the other parties wrongness.

The system is designed to eventually make you wrong in any way possible through monopolization of various processes.
Killings wrong - except for this group of people
Stealings wrong - except for this group of people.
Taking people's freedom is wrong - except for this group of people.
Stifling freedom of expression is wrong - except for this group of people.

Law is simply a loyalty meat grinder. An attempt to monopolize sympathy. An attempt to control judgement and say this person is worthy of sympathy and this person is not for this and this and that reason. Laws are simply constantly written and rewritten to change the rules and reactions and apply more force through mission creep.
10 percent tax - avoiding taxes is wrong. 10 percent break factor
20 percent tax - avoiding taxes is wrong. 15 percent break factor
30 percent tax - avoiding taxes is wrong. 20 percent break factor
Then it just becomes a damaging goading process. Anyone who breaks at 10 percent is stuck back into the system at 20 percent and goaded and goaded. Until you end up with the system we have. An unreasonable system that constantly temps you to break from it. Then you simply apply random arbitrary super strict punishment. Then twist into a mind screw.

Look at the penalty and wholeness aspects here. If i steal 10 bucks from you. And I return 10 bucks to you. I have made you whole. I have healed a transgression. What's the penalty here. Double what was stolen and/or 5 years in jail. Nice medicine if you can get it. You're not asking to be made whole and bring a balance to the situation. You are asked to make the person more than whole and double up on healing payment. You are asked to elevate the counterparty to a place with double your rights.

The world is not a place to transgress and heal. It's a place that's inherently injust to start with. Goads you into transgression and then attempts to make you sick beyond your wildest dreams to whatever degree it can get you to take responsibility for not only your actions but other peoples actions as well.

You have to wonder, how can the sites send you your money without violating the UIGEA? They weren't allowed to transfer funds electronically before, but now after getting busted they are? Funny how laws passed to "protect the children " don't matter once the government sees $$$.

They worked out a deal with DoJ (not a deal admitting to any wrong doing) that would allow them to reactivate and set up new processors that Americans could use to withdraw. This was all ok'd by the government. It's amazing they already have it up and working.. FTP is having a lot more problems.

I have my money coming back (echeck was processed this morning) and will put a small part of my roll (25%) on the Merge network (carbon, lock, or rpm.. depending on which skin has promo's i like best). I'll play there for now. They currently have 10k players and are growing pretty rapidly in lieu of Black Friday.

I'll still be looking for at least part time work (found some decent jobs I can do online from home for ~$15) and see what other options I have for playing.

Really sorry to all the OCN members whose livelihoods have been taken, hopefully you will have US only sites run by the big casinos soon enough. I just disappointed us euro grinders wont be allowed in for the feeding frenzy that will be.

I guess it is just hard for me to trust something like this...if you want to play poker you should go to a casino. You can't go too far in the US and not find one. I could personally code a client to only select the cards I wanted to give you. There is just too much room for under handed tactics. One of the other players at the "table" could easily be a person working for the site that is programmed to win more than lose.

It is just like video lottery in South Dakota. All the machines are networked together and are programmed to payout 49% of the time and that means 51% of the time the state makes money. However, this is a regulated system (that could be under handed as well, but less likely). There is nothing to regulate any online gambling site beyond the owner of the site. If they feel like they need more money...all they got to do is take yours. They of corse have to let some people win to keep others interested, so I am not surprised to hear that some people have made money.
