Coolermaster Sentinel Advanced gaming mouse
Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard
An 750 - 800 W PSU
NZXT Phantom Full Tower Chassis
8 GB Corsair DDR3 RAM
1 TB Hard Disk ( I have 1 Tb installed, therefore = 2 TB )

Other parts I have in my possession.
I am ready to spend around $2000 or Rs 1,00,000 for the above components, so if true, advice any other component that can fit my budget ( the above ones fit my budget ).

Also please explain me the " bottleneck " concept.....
Also I pre-inform that I am going to buy only Intel - Nvidia Combination

Thanks Guys....

You're build is pretty good, but how big of a monitor are you looking for? 24+ Inch? or smaller? The size of your monitor will help you determine more about what video card to go with.

When I think about it, I think a GTX 560 Ti will serve you well and costing you less. I have a GTX580 and its overkilled for my 22inch monitor setup and with a GTX 560 Ti its just right( I can still push out 60+Frame rates with High graphical settings on all the games I play)

2 TB of drive space? Do you really need that much? I say most people in their lifetime probably won't ever use more than 500gb of storage space. If you already have 1TB of drive storage then don't invest on another 1TB HDD, instead spend you're money on a good Solid State drive, thats where the performance starts.

It doesn't matter how fast of a CPU you have, if you have a slow harddrive then well, you're PC will feel slow.

Do more research on what you need, if you're gonna go for way overkill status then yeah what you have right now is pretty good.

To me a successful build is satisfying your needs and saving the most money you can. ** GO buy some new SHOES ! or something with that money saved lol =]

Goodluck =]

Hey guys, after forcing my mother to understand the benefits of SLI, she agreed to get me another GTX 580 to do SLI. I am actually wanting confirmation from you people that is ASUS P8P67 Deluxe capable of supporting 2 GTX 580 in SLI ??? Please confirm and please tell me the authentic answer because I don't want to lose the chance to own such a beastly gaming rig by buying a motherboard that can't support 2 580s.

It'll support it just fine, SLI is beneficial if the game you are playing supports it. From what I know, most games don't support SLI, in fact some games don't run well with SLi at all, I had to learn that the hard way.

If you are really going towards SLi-ing two GTX580's I suggest you run dual monitors or even triple monitors to really benefit from having two GTX580, otherwise if you're just playing on one single monitor, its wasteful to SLi two GTX580(One card will probably just sit idle most of the time)

By the end of the year, the GTX580 will probably be replaced with a newer more powerful card and for the same price, who knows it might just get replaced in a few months.

Why not just go with a single HD6990? it cost less than two GTX580's and performs exceptionally well. Plus you can add a 6970 for 3xCrossfire!

Thats 3 GPU's to feed you're Graphic POWER!!

Costing a little over 1030 dollars you get 3 times the GPU Power !! now thats better than Two GTX 580's at 1000 bucks =]

SUPER overkill if you ask me, but would be the better route for you're moneys worth.

Why not go for a 480 ? you could go triple-sli 480's for the cost of sli 580's . Therefore you would have better performance . or even sli 570's if you really want to . + a nice ssd/another identical hadr drive for a raid 0 array , maybe a decent cpu cooler and you're good to go .

Also , you could cut down some $$ by choosing a less expensive case(thermaltake v3/v9 or a raidmax quantum or whatever ... Cooling inside the phantom is astonishing , but the price is just overkill !!

I'd honestly grab an single GTX580.

x2 GTX580's imo is a waste of money unless you go bigger monitors, but on 1920x1080 it would be a huge waste of cash.

You'd be better grabbing a single GTX580 and waiting for the new generation of 28nm graphic cards to release in Winter

Two GTX580 is an extremely huge waste of money on a single 1920x1080 resolution

I believe you're going over your head on graphic cards. As of right now a GTX 590 is a complete waste of money until someone releases a GTX 590 worthy of high overclocks with better vrms and mosfets.

GTX 590 is basically two downclocked GTX 580 GPU's on one card.

You're better off with one GTX 580*
