Does anyone have ASUS M4N68T-M MOBO with Phenom II X4 955 BE Need help with OC!!!

Hey everyone, I need a lot of help here with my OC. I've read tons on how to do it and I get it, but my motherboard is really weird, half the settings people don't use and they don't seem to match what my mobo has. I have the ASUS M4N68T-M board with AMD Phenom X4 II 955 black edition. I have the Corsair H60 watercool as well in my case. I've been overclocking for a good week but although I can get it stable, the benchmarks I run show the performance is way worse.

Does anyone have this board that can help me with the actual settings? I only finally figured out that when people are talking about using 2600Mhz for NB Frequency, I have to pick "13.00x" as the NB Frequency Multiplier to get that speed, no where did it say that. I've uploaded pictures here http://s999.photobucket.com/albums/af118/edokid/OC that show every screen of my OC page in the bios and on the right it shows sample things you can pick.

I just don't know what to do, really hoping someone has my same configuration that can help. Someone else was telling me for example to put CPU/NB Voltage to 1.2v but I don't have any voltage for CPU/NB, just so frustrating. The best score I was able to get yet (and the only benchmark that came up higher than stock) was 206Mhz bus, x18.5 multiplier, 1.4v CPU, 12x northbridge frequency which is 2400mhz, and 1.35v for memory over voltage. That gave me a tiny boost in 3dmark 11. The weird thing though is in Cinebench, I can never get a higher score than stock. Stock will score like 3.7 and any OC I do including the oone above gives like 3.02.

Hoping someone has experience with this and can help me!!

Don't bother
Over-Current Protection (protecting from overheating VRMs) will kick in way too often for an overclock with that board on 125W processor to even be feasible and properly testable.

See sig link (About VRMs & MOSFETs) for more info on why this is a problem

So it's my mobo that sucks? what should I look for in one, like was looking here http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?cPath=26_340 and there's so many, most are inexpensive, is there something in particular that I want?

That doesn't seem to be a common spec on motherboards, none of those mention anything about phase power under the specs..

Many motherboard manufacturers don't bother listing that info because it usually doesn't interest people... sadly not many people really look at the rated TDP either

You're motherboard doesn't suck, its just not so safe to overclock high on that motherboard_ You can probably overclock it mildly and nothing too high to keep it on the safe side, Also find something to cool the Mosfets to even provide a safer overclocking experience.

Jump your NB Frequency to 2600 and try to set VDDNB Overvoltage(This voltage setting is basically your CPU/NB Voltage) to about 1.256volts <-- that voltage setting usually works for me(Please note it'll vary for you so try to find your best lowest possible stable voltage)

Memory Overvoltage is basically voltage for your Ram_ I suggest you leaving it at 1.5volts(This is usually the stock voltage for DDR3 ram) Sometimes lowering this voltage below 1.5volts can lead to unstable conditions or even lower performance from what I've tested.

On that motherboard, I would probably not go above 3.6ghz CPU overclock_

Goodluck and hope nothing goes wrong for you_

correct but he will probably need more like 1.45v on the VDDNB to get any decent RAM/NB speeds.Depending on his RAM,1.65v is usually optimal for the best overclocks. The chipset voltage on this boards also needs voltage, had mine around 1.4v(with good airflow)
As XD said-you can't expect to get much of an overclock with that 4-core Phenom due to TDP limitations. Also you can adjust the LLC on that board,I had the best results running it around 33%.

also what ram are you using ? please fill out your system specs in the usercp.
phenom2's love tight(lower number) ram timings even at a lower clock speed over higher ram speed with looser(higher number) timings.

*edit-question for httuner and xd- vddnb is for cpu-nb on asus ? ive raised it all the way to 1.5 and never could get stable without an error on 1 core or more. probable its my ram voltage though. 2.2-2.4v and im skeered as hell to go past the 2.4v*
