I'm torn between suggesting the E-350 and i3-2100...
Either way you will be fine, the former is a beast graphically (for an 18W) and the latter is a truly fast budget CPU.
As I believe I mentioned earlier, the Pentium Sandy Bridge processors should be coming next month (May 22) and if you're on a budget, they're a more attractive proposition than the i3-2100. The G620T ($70, 1ku), in particular, is looking like a mighty good fit for the Apex MI-100 (and similar).
Llano (Athlon II + HD 5500) should be coming July. Personally, I think Llano would be the best fit for a budget PC. Very good integrated GPU while having more than enough CPU power for most common tasks and given AMD's current Athlon II pricing, likely a platform cost the same as or even cheaper than Llano (ironically).
