I'm assuming you are referring to the three pins which have light reflecting off of them differently than the rest, though the pic, even when blown up, is a tad blurry.

If they are visibly bent, and the processor is unable to be seated, then you can use a empty (and preferably clean) mechanical pencil tip to gently bend them back into place.

Best of Luck!

Was the board used? Was it like this or did you do it?

Of course it's not okay. It's one of the main reasons behind the vanishing memory in the OS/BIOS. Though yours doesn't look nearly as bad as some boards I've had to fix. Some people can be very, very clumsy.

Those pins look pretty good to me. the only one or two that look like they might be slightly bent are the 2 on the top left-ish of the inside middle square. Or it just may be the camera angle and or the way the light is hitting those 2 pins. Other than that they look fine to me.

the very shiny pin looks like the tip is about to break off, and the dark one on the left looks like it has already

Yes they're bent (looks like the contacts are slightly bent upwards.) They don't look too bad though and may actually function ok. However if this is a new board I'd be RMA'ing it as it's not right that you should receive it like this.
