Need a to-scale matx standoff chart

Well, at my high school, we have a laser engraver/cutting or whatever you want to call it. So, i asked my Cisco teacher if i could use it to cut acrylic and make a matx test bench. He said yes, but told me that i need to make to-scale pictures for all the parts. Now, that means that i need a standoff template that is to-scale for a matx board 9.6 x 9.6 is the max length for matx i believe, correct me if im wrong. Ive looked, but i cannot find a chart that is to scale for the life of me. Once i get the scale i can make a 9.6 x 9.6 image with the standoffs in the correct place for the cutter, and get to work on the rest of the layout for the test bench. Thanks for all the help, +rep will be awarded for all help
