Revised my first build parts list

Thread Starter
After posting a thread on my preliminary parts list here, I have taken some advice that the OCN community gave me and here's my revised list. Please let me know your thoughts and concerns!

CPU

Intel i5-2500K (N82E16819115072)
$224.99

CPU Cooler

Cooler Master Hyper 212+ (N82E16835103065)
$34.99

Mobo

ASUS P8P67-PRO (N82E16813131703)
$174.99

RAM

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2x2GB) 1600Mhz (N82E16820231303)
$59.99

Graphics Card

ASUS ENGTX460 768MB (N82E16814121390)

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 500GB (N82E16822152181)
$49.99

Optical Drive

ASUS 24x CD/DVD Burner (N82E16827135204)
$21.99

Power Supply

Corsair 750TX SLI-Certified (N82E16817139006)
$109.99

Case

Cooler Master HAF 912 (N82E16811119233)
$59.99

Operating System

Windows 7 Professional
$0.00 (Already Have)

Subtotal: $876.91
CPU/Mobo Combo Discount: $856.91
Coupon Code Discounts: $836.91
After Mail-In Rebates: $781.91

Like I said, any comments or concerns would be greatly appreciated. Also, about the power supply: I chose Corsair because I have heard a lot of good things about the brand. If anyone can suggest a cheaper yet reputable PSU as a revision to my current selection, please do so. My budget is right there at the $800 mark, and the CPU/Mobo is a package deal and I am pretty set on keeping those two.
I also plan to upgrade a few things later down the line. In a few weeks after purchasing these parts I will be adding a second HDD to join the first one in a RAID-0 setup. I will also want to put a SSD in as a boot drive.
Farther down the line I want to seat a second GTX460 in there for SLI.

Thanks in advance!

Too expensive at the moment. I might sell the 460 down the road when I have more $ and will purchase 2 560ti's.

Thank you, MoCo Man. I'm going to put the order in either tomorrow or Monday, just waiting on a check to clear the bank.
