ASrock P67 Extreme6 vs Asus P8P67 Deluxe

Thread Starter
My decision for my motherboard has come down to the ASrock P67 Extreme6 and the Asus P8P67 Deluxe. I actually don't mind the Asus P8P67 Pro or the Gigabyte UD5 either. If you had to choose one of these 4 boards for the system in my rig, which one would you choose and why?

Please don't recommend me other boards as I've seen them all already and have come down to these 4.

For power delivery, the UD5 will give the best. Followed by the extreme6 and the P8 deluxe.
The ASRock has the most SATA 6Gb, with 6 ports. P8 Deluxe with 4 and Gigabyte has 2.
They all have dual x8 PCI-E x16.
The Gigabyte and ASRock have 4 USB 3.0, where the ASUS has 2.
Only the ASUS has Bluetooth.

Its really a coin toss as to what you want in a board.. The Gigabyte will overclock the best, with the best power delivery. Though, they all have nuts power phasing for such low power chips.
I think the Gigabyte looks the best, with its sexy black everything.
