YAAAAAAAAAY. One question does anyone have accurate GPU-Z image?
Because on some site it shows 128GB bandwidth, but somewhere else it says 50+bandwidth.
128-bit interface*4800MHz/8 = 76.8 GB/s

Wow, I read the original post and....

At first I was like

And then I saw the OP's update HERE

Then I was like

Look at all those XFX haters. Threads like this should net negative REP, especially when it turns into Vendor bashing.

We already got the 5770, and my step-dad is going to return the 6770 right after he gets home from work. I don't think we'll be putting it in. I'll take XFX's word for it at this point.

I'll grant you your facepalms. I'm facepalming myself. Hating on me though, and calling me a hater? I had no reason to hate XFX until this. Turns out that the reasons were misfounded. So I don't hate them.

As soon as I finish this quick keyboard mod I'm going to rewrite the OP. Fin.

Don't be too hard on yourself, we all make mistakes (especially myself!)

a) 5750->6770 is definitely not worth it. its not an upgrade
b) wait... what problems do you have running games? not enough fps or eyecandy at what resolution?
c) buying GPUs at BestBuy when you can wait for one from newegg = face palm
