Obviously you needed or wanted the card to pay extra for the over night shipping. I understand that part. UPS screwed up...yes...I understand that part also(like I said before, mistakes happen, I'm sorry). What I don't understand is why you of all people that should know better than to shop at Best Buy is shopping at Best Buy? Okay, so your shopping at best buy and you made a mistake and bought something that does not work. Return it and buy something else for a temporary card. Then return it when UPS gets there problems solved and you get the card you ordered.
OMG, it's that simple! Again, mistakes happen. Several companies have made mistakes.

But I'm curious how ANY of this is AMD's fault. They sold reference cards to XFX to be branded as OEM only, why AMD should be held responsible for XFX doing something they are not allowed to do is also silly.
You, good sir, are silly.
Apparently there has been some decision to start selling the card retail and apparently the drivers are not yet released. So apparently there has been a mistake on AMD and/ or XFX fault(s). Knowing that no company is going to deliberately sell something that is going to be of no use and returned to the store for a refund. Yes, my silly butt thinks there has been an apparent mistake!
I'm only human. I make mistakes, unfortunately. Companies are run by humans and unfortunately they makes mistakes too. Give them a damn chance to fix there mistakes!
Sorry if I offended someone, but this gets on my nerves talking trash every time someone/ some company makes a mistake. I deal with these problems everyday. I bend over backwards trying to solve problems for people and I get frustrated with so many people never trying to understand it was simple a mistake.
