And how many Enermax, OCZ, and Sparkle PSUs do you see me recommending?

PLEASE EVGA start building AMD video cards...

As for XFX, after reading this thread I will not be getting a XFX video card.. I was going to go XFX for my next card upgrade, but im not sure who to go with now I want a AMD 6970/ or 6950..

I have always recommended XFX PSU's and still say they are the best GFX card makers around. Im actually using an XFX PSu in my rig now.
If everyone else is a lapdog then so are you, since you didn't "recommend" XFX PSUs until asking on the forum and hearing what I said. "So it's Phaedrus approved?" were your words. Don't try to ride the moral high horse here, you're on the same level as everyone else, just more argumentative and with a need to challenge whatever authority is present. Whether that be me, or the mods. Unless that was your kid brother.

this thread is becoming contrived.... i think people need to use common sense from now on, if they make quality stuff but their customer service sucks, guess what? you can always cal again and again until you get a rep that doesn't suck

I was PMing him this time last year about a bad motherboard and CS I'd been receiving. I still have 1 unconfirmed private message receipt because he just never bothered to reply to it.
Said everything I needed to know about XFX.

The fact that you've had to deal with 4 RMA's from a single company says a lot about the quality of their products.
I had one RMA with them, which turned into three because they kept sending warped motherboards to me and then a faulty GPU.

North America gets the best of their CS.

To be honest, customer support is what makes or breaks a company for me. At first, it was the price point, but now I'd rather pay that little bit of extra money to buy a brand that I know won't mess me around when something goes wrong.
XFX is a brand I will NEVER recommend. The only good thing I can say about them is that they have some great artwork - a nice logo and their promotional materials always look good. That is the best I can say about them.

Back on the list because I realized the problem was partially PEBKAC, and that part of the problem removed they had only done minor wrong-doing.
This is all the reputation builder you ever need from me. I hate being on the phone after an hour holding and then realizing it was a problem I could fix no problem.
