I just recently finished my first build it was running fine, but when I boot up my computer it shuts off for a second and then continues to boot up. Any idea on what is causing this?

I haven't unplugged and I boot it up and at times it shuts down more than once until it finally boots up. Maybe psu problem?

It's not a problem. I'm not sure if all boards do it for the same reason, but my P55 FTW does it anytime there is a change to BIOS or power is cut as a way to safely make sure OC settings are good.
