Updated BIOS from 1504 to 2002. That did not show more RAM. Finally took 3 out at a time and placed them in A1,B1,C1 slots. Both sets worked fine and passed tests. I did swap the A1,B1,C1 to A2,B2,C2 slots and vice versa and it worked. Probably just needed to reseat the memory to get it working. Now have 24GB of RAM.
