So I built cabniets for a lot of years, all four of those cross members will work however depending on the stress that you will put on the case after its built will, help determine which of the four will work better. Personally i would go with the one that would be the most pleasing to your eye, and give you the most interior room. Other then that make sure you use a good wood glue, a compressed biscut, and the correct size nail. If you have any specfic question pm me
