What devices are using the Internet?

Thread Starter
i know that on vista you can go into the settings and see what devices (like computers and phones) that are connected in the network.....but on the computer i am on now (vista) i can only see this computer.
But the downstairs computer is connected directly to the router and uses windows XP and i cant find the option to see what devices are connected and so was hoping someone to tell me where to find this option on XP?

In case you want to know why i want to do this this is because our internet has slowly been getting slower (cant even watch BBC iplayer or anything now) and a friend of mine had a similar problem and found that loads of people were using their internet so he disconnected them. So i wanted to see if downstairs, having the router connected to it, whether i could see if any of our neighbors are using our interent and if they are remove them and hopefully speed our internet up...
thanks to all those who reply and im not sure if this is the correct place for this so feel free to move this thread or whatever to the right place

^ That.

Don't bother with thinking 'oh just a MAC filter will do'.
Simply secure your wireless with WPA2 and a long passphrase.
