So the Aquaero controllers are finally available? Got some funds lying around in PayPal now. Might have to join XNine also with one of these in my M8 case build

@oc_geek: Pin 3 of the RGB LED connector is ground. Might be a bit strange at first but we have chosen it this way to stay compatible to our old Dual-LED from aquaero 4.00.

Pin 1 on the standby connector is ground while the other one is for the 5V power supply from your PSU.

Yup. I haven't started my build yet though, so I haven't hooked anything up. I'm currently taking measurements and ordering additional parts to start on it. I'll be doing a bit of metal work and installing that prior to installing all of my gear, should be three days or so before I start my buildlog.

0-12V for the two PWM connectors is not correct. It is a pulsed signal of 12V with a frequency of 16kHz where the width of the on/off states is variable to control the power.

Pin assignment for tacho:

1: ground
2: not connected
3: speed signal

this is amended with info from Xnine and Shoggy

I bought mine from Aquatuning. It took a couple of weeks to get in. The shipping was VERY fast from Germany. total of 4 days or something like that. If you're going to buy an Aquatube (reservoir) to put in a 5.25 bay, I reccomend getting the bracket and the double-faceplate for it, otherwise you'll have a card time getting it all set up.
