I dunno. Most of the opinions I see on the daytons are favorable but I've never heard either so I dunno for sure. I think you would be happy with either one, though.

I have one setup in my bedroom. It gets a bit boomy, and the the bass response is slightly off, but if you want to add more bass extension for around 100 dollars, this is the sub for you.

Dayton makes excellent subs at all price points. I have a CS 10.2 (which is built with a Dayton amp by and constructed by Chase Home Theater), and it is the best sub at its price point. If you need any SPL graphs, let me know, I can dig up a few for you.

Can't be boomier then my sub from the lgoitech x-540s, either way thep rice difference between the 2 means i'll get a dayton 12" especially now that the dayton stocks are back.
