atikmpag.sys the almighty betrayer

So this first started happenin a year into buying my gateway DX 4710.. a standard PC with a few select perks, Nice performence 6gb ddr2 memory out the door and what i thought was a stable graphics card ATI radeon hd 3650. This graphics card fails hard.. anyways before i start trolling and losing my temper against ATI, i realize that this happens to cards overtime.. and it can happen sooner then later.. BUT here is the ERROR im receiving, if anyone can help, ud save me $185.

Then install the latest ati drivers after following the guide.

Have you tried uninstalling your graphics drivers and then reinstalling the latest version?

Alrighty after doing all that, i did some errands in World of Warcraft.. messed with resolution and such, It is still crashing but i believe we did help a little by cleaning up the registry, here is what ATI events viewer is showing bradley.

error 0x80041003. seems to be the recurring problem

I looked up the error and tried the test.VBS fix.. lemme see if it crashs now
