Agreed, if you want to wait for keplar and your GPU is holding you back then stick it out for now. Your GPU will be an issue with newer hardware anyway so why pay so much for an upgrade and gain so little, when you could have waited and got the same hardware for cheaper.
But I can't suggest a route to take as I don't know what your needs are exactly, what monitor(s) and res are you gaming at, whats your min FPS and what settings are you playing at? If dropping the settings for a month or two can saves you a decent amount of cash, why not wait?
But yea, give us more detail to better make a suggestion regarding waiting or upgrading now.
