Tubing and rad questions

So I have a few weeks to plan out a computer that I am going to build. As custom as I can get it.

I'm planning on for components I want to water cool:
i5-2500k - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-072-_-Product

and either a Sapphire 6950(flashed to 6970) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-914-_-Product

OR a 6990. Probably the 6950 route.

The case is one I'm designing and sending off to a fab shop so that everything will fit like a glove, with plenty of extra room. Spacing isn't much of an issue.

General design of the case - Pyramid shaped, ~2ft tall, foot print is the mobo. Picture of general design attached. There is a ton of room in there.

Here's my questions:
If I design hard tubing, like pvc or some other material, would I suffer from any problems that flexible tubing doesn't have?

Are there any other problems with hard tubing to make sure the flow is at it's maximum?

Can hard tubing make U turns, L's, or other "sophisticated" patterns in the loop without problems that normal tubing would?

For the radiator, does it's individual positioning have any significant impact on the loop? e.g. - The case is a pyramid with the radiator positioned at a 45 degree angle along the back edge, next to the PSU.

Long winded, but my inquiry is specific and I didn't read anything that covered these specific topics. If you require more information I will be more than happy to provide it. If I'm confusing as hell, I can't help it...sorry.

Thanks in advance.

as long as the tubing doesnt kink you can make u turns as much as you want.

The way the rad is oriented doesnt matter from what i've read ^_^ pyramid case huh? Sounds interesting! cant wait to see this.

Yeah I'll post WIPs and all of that. Right now I'm just designing it to be as small as possible, while aesthetically amazing.

But, thanks for theanswer.eply.
