There is another problem with using the REVO. As stated, I will also be using two RE4's in a RAID0 array on the Intel controller. That's what started this thread. If you read up about the REVO drive, almost no motherboard will support it and "another" RAID setup. Am I correct with this statement or could I use my Asus P6X58D-E mb with a REVO drive in a PCI-E slot and a RAID0 array all on the Inel controller? You would think that you could, just as lone as you don't use the Marvell controll.

Depends on the board, and your other hardware (NICs mainly). I could run 4 RAID controllers & 4 bootable NICs on my S3000AH server-grade board(although it takes forever to boot), but few consumer-grade boards will manage it as they don't have the OP-ROM onboard to cope with it.

Some boards just won't boot off the REVO anyway, which is another potential problem.

Add this to the fact that the REVO is expensive, mediocre performing (compared with current offerings), impossible to upgrade, etc - it just isn't worth it. Go with a decent SATA drive - you will be better off in the long run.
