That's at the wall, though. And there's also the fact that they're using 65nm Core 2 Quads that are extremely heavily over-clocked. Those will consume much more power than a Phenom II X4 or a Core i7. And I'm not too sure about the results. Most reviews got SYSTEM consumption of 480-500 watts with a single one (again,at the wall), and the card doesn't consume anywhere near 500 watts at full load (it's around 250W).
